It is important to note the presence of a multicomponent complex of essential substances in spirulina mutually reinforcing each other’s action (the phenomenon of synergism).
Recent change of the trend in the population’s nutrition, associated primarily with a marked decrease of essential dietary components in the consumption, is exacerbated by the extremely low content of useful nutrients in most foods.
As an urgent measure to eliminate this deficit in the consumption of biologically active dietary components, scientists suggest using the russian industrial biotechnology for the cultivation of the spirulina — spirulina platentis microalgae and technologies for creating food products with high biological value.

Its shelf life — 6 months. We achieve this with the help of a unique technology developed by a team of our specialists. Increasing the shelf life, even the most gentle pasteurisation kills useful enzymes, which are present in fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. These enzymes are responsible for the regeneration and health of our cells.
We never heat our products during the production process, and most of our products are also prepared without the heat treatment (Raw!). The freshness of our products is preserved by a three-layered package with a foil coating.
Most of the other bars in the market contain refined sugar, which acts as a rocket fuel in a human body — the sugar enters the bloodstream very quickly, thus providing a quick boost of energy. The following active release of insulin and an equally rapid decrease in blood sugar levels have a harmful effect on the body. Such changes lead to lethargy and an increased appetite. That is why we do not use sugar.
We use dates or fructose, a natural sweetener that has a low glycemic index, in order to add sweetness, instead of refined sugar.
